Chris Drouin
With over 20 years of experience coaching salespeople, sales leaders, and company executives, Chris specializes in helping well-run companies overcome key growth challenges. Whether it’s generating more new business, shortening lengthy sales cycles, or improving deal profitability without over-discounting, Chris brings proven strategies that drive results.
Chris has worked across a wide range of industries for premier brands including Volkswagen Audi and Bentley Motors (Automotive), Quicken Loans (Banking and Real Estate), and McKesson Pharmacy Systems (Pharma, Healthcare, and Technology). This diverse background gives him a unique perspective that clients find both refreshing and impactful as they seek to elevate their sales performance.
In addition to his sales career, Chris is deeply involved in advancement and fundraising, regularly presenting at Walsh College’s non-profit conference on applying sales systems to philanthropy. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for US Lacrosse – Michigan and The Dildilian Foundation for the Trades. He is a former Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce board member and active in several local business and community organizations.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys coaching and officiating lacrosse, camping and hunting with his family, and cheering on the Oakland University Golden Grizzlies. He lives in Clarkston, MI with his wife Anne-Marie and their three children.
